Thanks for your steadfast help with this one.  As a person whom is in the industry of real estate, I can say that you went the extra mile to earn my families business when I was searching for realtors to list the land.  I actually placed 6 different calls, 3 of which never returned, the other 2 called back but didn't give me much to work on and you actually went over and beyond and provided me with a complete CMA and a summary of what the market was doing at the time. That is what impressed me. If someone is willing to go the extra step; which is not even guaranteed to land the deal, says a lot of a persons character.  That is why you got our business.  All I can say is keep up that kind of work ethic and more will come your way, I can assure you that.
